How to pay your bill

The easiest way to pay your Mascon bill is to pay by credit card online using our My Mascon portal. There are many other simple ways to pay as well.

Billing explained

Every Mascon customer gets assigned to a bill cycle which runs from the 1st to last day of each month. Bills are sent out at the middle of each month (15th) with the due date on the 1st of the month following.

Adding, changing or signing up for additional services will result in a pro-rated bill, and will show an additional balance owning that is due of the 1st of the following month.

Your first bill

Bills are sent out at the middle of each month (15th) with the due date on the 1st of the month following.

Your activation/installation date is the start of each bill cycle, you’ll be charged for your regular monthly services, such as television and internet, which are billed 1 month in advance.

Why is my bill so high?

There are a variety of reasons why your Mascon Bill may fluctuate, here are the most common reasons.

Why don’t I get a PDF copy of my e-bill anymore?

We recently upgraded our billing platform. An important feature of this upgrade is the removal of email attachments.

Access to detailed monthly billing statements is available anytime with your “MyMascon” portal which can be accessed or created at: https://mascon.ca/mymascon.

Steps to add a credit card to your account

  1. Log into My Mascon.
  2. Go to Your Account from the left-hand sidebar.
  3. Select Manage Payment Methods.
  4. Select Add Credit Card.
  5. Fill in required fields, select Save Account.

Steps to change your MyMascon password

  1. Log into My Mascon.
  2. Go to Your Account from the left-hand sidebar.
  3. Select Change Password.
  4. Enter your current password.
  5. Enter your new password and re-enter to verify.
  6. Select Change.

Steps to setup email billing

  1. Log into My Mascon.
  2. Go to Your Account from the left-hand sidebar.
  3. Select Setup Email Billing.
  4. Select Add New Email.
  5. Select Email under contact type dropdown.
  6. Enter your Email Address in the contact field.
  7. Select Enter New Name in the name dropdown.
  8. Enter your First and Last name.
  9. Select Add.

Steps to update billing address

  1. Log into My Mascon.
  2. Go to Your Account from the left-hand sidebar.
  3. Select Update Account Information.
  4. Select Edit Billing Address.
  5. Enter New Address.
  6. Select Update.

Steps to change automatic bill payment

  1. Log into My Mascon.
  2. Go to Your Account from the left-hand sidebar.
  3. Select Manage Payment Methods.
  4. Select Change.
  5. Select Account from the Dropdown.
  6. Select Save.

Steps to view your bill statement

  1. Log into My Mascon.
  2. Go to Billing from the left-hand sidebar.
  3. Select Bill Summary.
  4. Select a Statement Period.
  5. Select View.

How to view your internet data usage (cable internet)

Here are some simple steps to help navigate checking your data usage.

You've forgotten your username

The username for your My Mascon account is set as your email address or phone number registered on file. If you have forgotten your username, please call: 1.866.832.6020.

You’ve forgotten your password

If you have forgotten your My Mascon password, click here.

You haven't registered an account

A confirmation email should have been sent to your registered email address if you have already registered your account. You must confirm your email address via that email in order to activate your account and complete the registration process.
