Residential Internet and Digital TV Package Rate Update

We want to notify you of some upcoming pricing changes to our residential internet and TV services.

New pricing is effective March 1, 2020 for any new service subscriptions. The new pricing for existing service subscriptions will go into effect on May 1, 2020.

At Mascon, we are committed to providing you quality products and services at the best possible value. We continue to offer fast, reliable internet and Digital TV service to the communities we serve across British Columbia.

Starting on the May 2020 bill for existing service subscriptions, the regular monthly rate for Internet 20, Internet 60, and all residential TV service plans will each increase between $3 and $10 depending on the package. As a result of the rate increase to internet and TV, current subscriptions to any Mascon Home Essentials or Full House bundle will also be affected.
