We’ve entered fire season
As fire season is underway, Mascon is here to ensure you have the support you need should an evacuation order occur and/or your services be impacted.
What to expect:
- If you are under an evacuation order or if your services have been impacted due to a wildfire, your account will be credited with the details communicated to you via email.
- You do not need to take any action and will see a credit appear automatically in the next 1 to 2 billing cycles.
- Please note that we may experience delays with supply chain in certain areas due to wildfire activity and transportation re-routing.
We understand that this situation can be incredibly challenging and we want to offer emotional support as well. To ensure you have access to the help you may need, TELUS Health provides a free community crisis hotline. This hotline is available 24/7 to all Canadians, and you can reach it by calling 1-844-751-2133.
