Network Channel Turndowns
Dear Mascon Customers,
Starting January 1, 2025, due to the recent channel provider changes, Magnolia Channel, MTV Canada, Cooking Channel, Discovery, Investigation Discovery , Discovery Velocity , Discovery Science and Animal Planet will no longer be offered on Mascon TV. These channels will be removed from your account and any premium packs. No action is required on your part.
If you were paying for any of these channels as a standalone, you will no longer be charged for the channel moving forward. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
