On October 10, 2024, the deep sea fiber for Connect Coast was damaged, an issue beyond our immediate control. While we do not have an estimated time for full resolution, we have implemented a temporary solution to maintain your service.
During this time, you may experience slower than normal internet speeds, and some streaming services might be affected. However, if you have our Mascon TV service, you can continue to watch as normal.
We understand the inconvenience this may cause and want to assure you that we are working diligently to resolve the issue. Your customer experience is of utmost importance to us, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
