To make a referral as part of the Program, you must be a current Mascon customer with at least one active service. Active Service is defined as a working TV or Internet subscription that is in the referrer’s name and in good standing (credit). You and your referrals have to accept the Program Terms to participate in the Program. Referrals must provide consent to use of their personal information in order to participate in the Program. There is no limit to the number of referral offers you can submit for your friends. However, you’re limited to a maximum of $500 off your bill per calendar year. Final eligibility for the services will be determined by a Mascon representative. Mascon reserves the right to make changes to or withdraw services, pricing, and duration at any time without notice.
