Pricing Updates – Effective November 1, 2022
We want to notify you of some upcoming pricing changes to your Mascon by TELUS services and fees.
New pricing is effective November 1, 2022 for any new service or existing Mascon by TELUS subscriptions.
At Mascon, we are committed to providing you quality products and services at the best possible value. We continue to offer fast, reliable internet and Digital TV services to the communities we serve across British Columbia.
Starting on your November 2022 bill (delivered mid-October), the regular monthly rate for internet plans, phone plans, TV service plans and fees will each increase between $3 and $10 depending on the package. TV package prices and individual channel pricing will also increase
The pricing of our Home Essentials Bundles and Digital Starter TV will remain the same but some packaging and channel costs will increase.
