Vacation Suspension*
Vacation suspension allows you to temporarily suspend your services while you are away. During this period, you will not be billed for the services you have suspended. You will be charged a suspension rate of $5 a month per connection.
As of September 2024, customers looking to suspend their services can pay $5 a month for up to 6 months (180 days) instead of disconnecting and paying an activation fee when they return ($50 as of August 2024).
