From months 1-24, the discount applies to the TV services, at month 25 regular pricing applies. Current regular price is subject to change without notice. Mascon will waive the $75 charge,  for all work and equipment supplied in order to extend existing Mascon network facilities to your premises during the limited time offer.  Mascon is not responsible for the maintenance or repair of facilities or equipment owned by you, and does not guarantee that the Services will operate with all television sets, remote controls, home theatre components or other audio/visual equipment. The Services require electrical power to operate, which you must supply at no charge to Mascon, and you acknowledge and accept that you may lose service during a power outage unless you supply, install and maintain at your own expense a battery backup power system. 

Mascon may charge you for all work and equipment supplied in order to extend existing Mascon network facilities to your premises, including any expenses incurred to secure rights of way, access and occupancy.

1. Annual savings are based on monthly subscription of individual services at the combined regular rates. Applicable taxes and fees not included.
2. Internet access speed depends on location, usage within the home network, Internet traffic, applicable network management and server configurations. For a description of Mascon’s network management practices, please see mascon.ca/networkmanagement.
3. Final eligibility for the services will be determined by a Mascon representative. Mascon reserves the right to make changes to or withdraw services and duration of discount offered for bundle at any time without notice. Cancellation of any service within a bundle will result in removal of unlimited data and regular pricing applies to services kept, currently $90/month for Internet 60, $43/month for TV + 3 Theme Packs and $50/month for unlimited internet.
4. Rental equipment must be returned in good condition upon cancellation of service, otherwise the replacement cost will be charged to the account.
5. Modem rental provided by Mascon is wifi compatible. Wifi service is included with internet service.
6. Storage space of up to 25 Mb is included with internet service.
7. Mascon reserves the right to modify channel lineups and packaging, and regular pricing, without notice. HDTV-input-equipped television required to watch HD. Minimum system requirements apply. Final eligibility for the services will be determined by a Mascon representative.
