In order to continue providing the best possible support to our subscribers, Mascon has created another method to contact technical support.
Subscribers can now fill out an online form which automatically generates a ticket for our Support Department. No phoning or emails required just fill out the form, click submit and our techs will investigate and get back to you.

This new contact method is designed as an enhancement and not a replacement to our existing phone and emailed support requests.
