What happens to my NetCall service if I move?

If you move within our service area, you can still use NetCall with the same phone number however be sure to notify us of the new physical location to keep on file for 911 service.

If you move out of our service area you will not be able to use the NetCall equipment as it will not be compatible on other systems.

IMPORTANT 911 INFORMATION: When calling 911 the operator will ask to confirm your location and call back number. This is particularly important if you have moved your NetCall device to another location other than your registered address. In the event that you cannot speak the operator may assume you are at the address you registered with us. Therefore, you should ensure this information is updated whenever you move your NetCall digital phone service. You can check and/or update the address we have registered by contacting Mascon Cable.
