To configure your email program to connect to @rctvonline.net, @revelstoke.net, @nakusp.net, @coppervally.bc.ca, @omineca.com/.net or @columbiacable.net email accounts use the following server settings.
Incoming IMAP:
Account type: IMAP
Server name: See chart below for settings for your system
Incoming Server: Port 143
Verify that “Server Requires Authentication” is checked, for both incoming and outgoing server settings.
Username: Full email address, for example – johndoe@yourlink.ca
Password: Current email password.
Outgoing IMAP:
Server name: See chart below for settings for your system
Outgoing Server Port: 25 Note: SSL must be abled (on)
*Port 2525 is available as a backup option
Verify that “Server Requires Authentication” is checked, for both incoming and outgoing server settings.
Username: Full email address, for example – johndoe@yourlink.ca
Password: Current email password.
