We are here to support you.

We understand this is an extremely stressful and difficult time for many of our customers and we want to assist in any way we can.

We know that some of our customers have been evacuated from their homes already.

To support any evacuated customers, we will automatically provide a credit to Mascon by TELUS home services accounts. Details for those impacted by evacuations will be sent communications via email. Evacuated customers will not need to take any action and will see the credit appear automatically in the next 1 to 2 billing cycles.

We understand that this can be an incredibly challenging period, and we want to offer emotional support as well. To ensure you have access to the help you may need, TELUS Health provides a free community crisis hotline. This hotline is available 24/7 to all Canadians, and you can reach it by calling 1-844-751-2133.
