We understand this is an extremely stressful and difficult time for many of our customers. We want to assist you in any way we can. We are dedicating additional resources to ensure our networks provide you with the communication you need to stay updated on any fire activity in your area.
We know that some of our customers have been evacuated from their homes already.
For those communities under evacuation order please contact us so that we can apply a prorated credit to your account for the days you are away from home. We hope this will ease some of the burden on you and your family.
Our team members live and work in many of the communities affected and we want to support our local communities in any way we can.
